A graduate of The Prince’s School of Traditional Arts, Maida Noor is a British-Pakistani artist with a keen interest in the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Muslim world. Maaida has always sought inspiration from the eternal radiance and architecture of nature and it’s echo within the ancient arts of biomorphic patterns - commonly known as Arabesques, as well as calligraphy and sacred geometry. Her work combines art forms common to the Meghreb, the Medieval Fatimids, the Safivid Persians to the Mughal Indians; essentially work which was traditionally created to draw the viewer back to God and the perfection of nature.

Maaida is the winner of the British Muslim Awards 2017 for the Arts & Culture category. She has exhibited at Battersea Power Station, the Three Faiths Forum and has an enviable client base of corporate and private collectors including the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

She is regularly commissioned by luxury beauty houses such as Christian Dior, Jo Malone, Molton Brown and Estee Lauder. It is an honour to have her on our site.
