How do I return an item?

As IslamicArtPrints.com is an online business, we do not hold stock.

Every print is made-to-order, especially for you.

Should you wish to return your print due to a change of mind, we will happily provide you with a credit note / redeemable voucher to the same value as your purchase, excluding any shipping costs paid.  A full refund will only be given in the very rare instance that an item has arrived damaged. 

Unless a product has arrived damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the return packaging and shipping. The item(s) must reach us in exactly the same condition as it was received. We would also strongly recommend that any returns are sent via tracked courier to ensure that nothing gets lost in the post. IslamicArtPrints.com will not indemnify you for any lost returns.

However, our aim is to make sure that we resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction. Therefore, please don't return anything without getting in touch with us first on: salaam@islamicartprints.com  Please note you have 30 days from the date of receipt to bring any problems to our attention. 

Refund payments

Where any refunds are payable, they will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Any refunds due will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.
